Can this test be used at home?

 No. It is a professional in vitro diagnostic device for trained healthcare personnel.

Which specimen type is recommended?

Both fingerstick and venipuncture whole blood are acceptable; fingerstick blood should be tested immediately, and venipuncture blood can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 2 days.

What does a faint test line mean?

Any visible colored line in the Test line (T) indicates a positive result, as intensity varies with antigen concentration.


How should frozen specimens be handled?

Thaw completely, mix well, and bring to room temperature before testing. Do not freeze and thaw more than 3 times.
