What should I do if the specimen does not migrate on the test device?

Centrifuge the processed extraction tube, collect 80μL of supernatant, and repeat with a new test device.

Are there any special handling precautions for fecal specimens?

Yes – handle all specimens as potentially infectious, wear protective clothing (lab coat, gloves, eye protection), and avoid eating/drinking/smoking in the testing area.

How long is the processed specimen stable?
